Booking Conditions

Programme details:These are correct at the time of printing and are indicative of the theme and issues covered. We reserve the right to make alterations to update and maintain the quality of the course or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fees and Cancellation: Course fees are payable once your booking form is received. Delegates may be substituted or changed at no extra charge. A full refund will be given where written notice of cancellation is received up to ten working days before the course date. A 50% refund/deduction will be made when written cancellation is received up to five working days before the course. Full fees apply to later cancellations. In the unlikely event the course has to be cancelled we endeavour to notify you at least one week beforehand.

Leading Edge: courses are evaluated and reviewed to assure quality. If the day falls short of the standard reasonably expected a refund will be given.
